Weather Conditions- There is a cloud cover of 100% and it rained for about two hours.
Wind Conditions- Theres a slight breeze
Soil Conditions- The soil is wet and damp from the rain, and in a lot of places there are puddles
Hypothesis- This rain will most likely increase vegetation and melt the rest of the snow that is still left over. There are some birds such as black birds, robins, and swallows coming back. Some grass has come up green but most of it is brown and looks dead.
